These Terms govern your use of the iOS app RPE log (the “App”), provided by the operator of RPE log (“we”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service

The App helps you record RPE, workout duration, and related context and review reference metrics including sRPE, period totals, trends, and ACWR.

2. Not medical advice

The App’s metrics and information are not medical diagnosis, treatment, advice, or injury or health predictions. You are responsible for exercise and health decisions. Consult a qualified healthcare professional when appropriate.

3. Data management

You are responsible for your device, backups, and exported files. Data may be lost because of device failure, loss, App deletion, or other circumstances.

4. Advertising

The App may display advertising supplied by third parties. We do not guarantee products, services, content, or external sites promoted in advertisements.

5. Prohibited conduct

You may not violate applicable law, disrupt the App, gain unauthorized access, reverse engineer the App, or infringe third-party rights, except where expressly permitted by applicable law.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the App when necessary. Material changes will be posted on this website or in the App where practical.

8. Disclaimer and liability

We do not warrant that the App will be accurate, complete, fit for a particular purpose, or continuously available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the App, except where caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The parties will seek to resolve disputes in good faith in accordance with applicable law.
